Adding a Discussion Forum
1. Login to Blackboard and enter your course.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Communication.
3. Click Group Pages. A list of groups will appear.
4. Click the link for the Group Name.
5. Click the Group Discussion Board link.
6. Click + Forum.
7. Type an appropriate Name and Description in the relevant fields.
8. Under Forum Settings, click the check box to set each of the listed options. A check will appear for options that will be enabled and the checkbox will be empty for options that will not be enabled.
9. To establish the forum, click Submit.
10. Blackboard will return you to the Group Discussion Board page.
