Courses for Teachers and Other Professionals
Utilize these courses in conjunction with leading your travel delegation to:
- Gain an international and mulit-cultural understanding which can be integrated into your classroom/curriculum.
- Use the credit hours earned toward advancement on your school district salary incremental pay increase and re-certification.
The 499 level field studies courses at Eastern Washington University are offered as post-baccalaureate resident credit courses. For your course to be recorded at the post-baccalaureate level, you will need to send in a copy of your transcripts showing your bachelor’s degree with your registration form.
You can register at any time; however, it is best to register ten (10) or more days before departure. EWU operates on the quarter system. The courses are resident quarter credits. To convert the quarter hours to semester hours, multiply the quarter hours by two-thirds (2/3) to equal the semester hours.
