Description
Eastern Washington University and South Seattle Community College have teamed up to offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology that can be earned on the South Seattle Community College campus. Classes are scheduled at convenient days and times for working adults. The EWU Bachelor of Science in Technology degree program allows students to continue their education by taking liberal arts courses, additional advanced technology courses and supporting courses to complete a Bachelor of Science degree.
If you have an Associate in Arts (AAS) degree from an eligible program, you can complete the remaining baccalaureate program requirements on the South Seattle Community College Campus, in just eight quarters or over an extended period.
Requirements and Admission (Transfer Admission Criteria)
- 190-200 total credits
- 130-140 credits of lower division course work (100-299 level courses) from a community college:
- 90 credits = AAS from an Eligible Program
- 40-50 credits = AA-DTA (see the Transfer Degree Flyer)
- 60 Credits at EWU (see Course Guidelines)
- 46 credits = TECH classes
- 14-15 credits = University Requirements and Electives
Price 2011-2012
- $271 per credit hour (for residents, non-residents, and international students at Eastern and SSCC)
