Overview

Through discussion, facilitation and practical exercises, participants will learn how to integrate and apply PMBOK® and PMI best practice standards into effective processes for establishing priorities and proactively managing projects. This seminar covers:

• Relationship documentation         • Estimating / budget practices
• Critical communications         • Risk management
• Procurement         • Applying quality planning / control methods

The curriculum focuses on the project life cycle phases, corresponding project management processes, and the nine knowledge areas. This course is a necessity for those who have never attended formal training or, newly-assigned project managers.
